The apartment is located 10 minutes drive from sandy beaches and the sophisticated restaurants, bars and beaches of Peurto Banus, and 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches and cobbled streets and squares of San Pedro. The beaches and old town of Marbella is a 20 minute drive. If you go further inland, the ancient hilltop village of Ronda is only an hour away.

Apartment:

Las Jacarandas is an ideal holiday location for families and golfers. This ground floor apartment is set in picturesque countryside at the foot of the Sierra Blanca Mountains with views across the 7th fairway to Gibraltar and North Africa. 

For outdoor entertaining there are 2 large sunny terraces, one large shaded terrace and fully enclosed and secure communal gardens. To the rear of the property there is a shared 25m pool and a children’s pool.  The apartment luxuriously furnished throughout with quality fixtures, fittings and appliances. All three bedrooms have twin beds (which can be set made up as doubles if requested) and travel cots can be provided. One of the bathrooms has a walk-in power massage shower. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, cooker and toaster, and the living room has satellite tv and DVD player.  There’s a dedicated underground parking space (with lift access) if you want to keep the car cool during the day. 

If you don’t feel like cooking, there’s a quality restaurant at the clubhouse, and local restaurants a few hundred metres along the Ronda road. There’s a local supermarket on the Ronda Road just before you arrive at the apartment. At the clubhouse there’s tennis and squash courts, and a fully equipped gymnasium (at an additional cost).  If you would like to take a break from the kids, there's a babysitting service available on request.

The Golf:

It is hard to imagine a more perfect setting than Los Arqueros Golf Club. Set in the Rondan hills, this course offers some absolutely stunning views of the Costa del Sol. Los Arqueros golf course opened in 1991 and was the first Costa del Sol course to be designed by Seve Ballesteros. It has been designed to provide a challenge for all levels of player. 

From the road and arid landscape leading to Ronda, the first impression is one of an extremely hilly golf course. This is not quite the case, but the steep slopes do call for the use of a buggy & whilst the course is not too long, it is often tight and over-cautious approach shots will bring the hazards into play.
